Re: jail time

The worst thing that can happen where charged with a violation of parole is that the defendant may have to complete the sentence he was sentenced to. The worst thing that can happen where a person is charged with a violation of probation is that the

person could be sentenced to the maximum prison sentence for the offense he pled guilty to.

Re: jail time

Each case is unique, and you don't even say what crime we are talking about, but in general if you get arrested while on parole or probation you are then facing the full jail time on the charge for which you were on parole or probation due to the violation of your parole or probation. In addition to this, if you are a repeat offender for the same charge, then you are looking at jail time on that charge as well, without probation being offered as part of a plea deal. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various courts throughout New Jersey in the past. Please contact me to discuss your situation. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.
