Job application

If i was sentenced on 0ct.25,2000 and an employer does background checks going back 7 years should my background come back clear if it's run in feb. 2008

If your case was in municipal court you can file a petition with Superior Court to expunge the conviction. If your case was in Superior Court you will have to wait several more years to expunge the conviction.
