Trying to fined out if you have a judgement against you in superior court to pay restitution can another one be put against you in civil court for the same money,and i am order to pay 20% of any income,now I have a workmens comp case pending can they keep all of any money i settle for or just the 20%.Thank You for your time

I would need more information, but if you stole $100 from someone and the victim was awarded restitution of $100, they could not turn around in civil court to get the $100 back. Again, I would need more information to give you a better answer.
