Juvenile Crime
Arson-burned a garbage can on a baseball field
Underage drinking
Stolen gasoline
breaking and entering
trespassing
all of this was done by a juvenile, what would be the fines and punishment

You can predict the likely outcome of a conviction by the juvenile's current status. If he is sitting in juvenile detention center because the judge refuses to release him to his family pending trial or if he is on house arrest and required to wear an
electronic bracelet he is likely to do some time if convicted, but it not really that simple. A better answer requires an office consultation.

One of the problems with juvenile crime is that it can be impossible to figure out what the sentence would be. However, the upside of this is that it gives me, as the attorney, a lot of room to argue for probation.
