kids selling drugs in parents house

My 20 year old son is selling and using marijuana in my house. He has several people coming in and out of my house daily to buy drugs. Knowing that he is doing such and he is eventually caught, can you explain to me to penalties for myself and my son? I also have a daughter who is a minor living in the house.

Re: kids selling drugs in parents house

For you the consequences could be immense. First for allowing the sale of drugs in your house you could be charged with mainntaining a nuisance; you could charged with aiding and abetting the sale of drugs; you could be charged with endangering the welfare of your other child, which requires no less than a prison sentence. You be sued by the Division of Youth and Family Services as an unfit mother and have your children taken from you. My number is 800 273 7933.
