The criminal code of New Jersey starts with "N.J.S.A. 2C:" something. What you have cited is not a part of the criminal code of New Jersey. It is also not part of any other part of the statutory laws of New Jersey. Title 16 is entitled "Corporations." You offense must be a part of the code of a municipality. If your offense is a part of a town's ordinances the offense charged is not a crime and it should not show up in a record search because normally there is no arrest; mug shot or fingerprints which are a consequence of a criminal offense charge.
