Now this year I want apply H1B visa so this case can create problem to approve my visa. But after this case in March 2012 I got my L2 EAD work permit. So can I expect my H1B visa also get approve. I am so worried. I want my criminal charged record clear also so what process should I follow. I accept This was my mistake and I read somewhere that we can Erase our mistake by some process.
