lawsuit against new jersey

i would like to sue the state of nj or , and any other parts or party for failing to act on a telecomunications offender performing repeated and perennial acts of threats , denial of service, harrassment , acts of defamation and many other offenses. please respond asap.

It is virtually impossible to sue the state for failure to prosecute. The state typically has plenary (absolute) discretion in whether to prosecute or not. A civil lawsuit against the state for similar damages has such a high burden to meet that it would not be worth your time.

Hi:

While it is virtually impossible to sue the State for failure to prosecute based on the immunity doctrine, this really depends on the amount of complaints and how many parties are involved, etc.

This may be a long up hill battle and you may not prevail.
