Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
I'm a legal gun owner living alone and have a friend who is a convicted felon. He needs a place to stay for 4 months and is trying to stay with me. I would like to know if it would be illegal for him to live with me, knowing that i have firearms in the house (non are locked in a safe).

Do not let a convicted felon move into your apartment. There is a good reason felons may not have guns.
