Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
I currently live in Florida. I got into an altercation over the phone with a young woman New Jersey. I recently received a court date in the mail that I cannot make. It is in New Jersey. I was told if I do not go there will be a warrant for my arrest for harassment. How will that affect me as far as local police in Florida?

You do not want to be convicted of a crime.
Get a lawyer in New Jersey and defend yourself. Talk to a lawyer right away.
I suggest that you call me and I will assist. No charge for the first office visit.

You should hire an attorney to go to court for you. Give me a call
The following is a possibility........If a warrant is issued NJ will suspend your driving privileges here. It will all tell the multi state that your license is suspended here and when you try and renew your DL down in Florida they will tell you that you cannot until you clear up the NJ issue.
You can hire an attorney here and perhaps an appearance can be avoided.
