Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
I live in NJ. I received PTI for one year and after i signed the paperwork and went in front of the judge. The PTI Supervisor felt i should have gotten a longer period of pti and changed it to 3 years on the paper i signed for only one year. Is this illegal??
