Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

I live in NJ and I was wondering if I could leave the country to go to Canada with pending court cases. The court cases are a misdemeanor theft charge and a violation of probation.

Ask the bail office in the county where the charges are pending...They are usually reasonable about it and will be pleased that you saw fit to notify them. (Or the bail bondman)
