how long after a criminal cds charge which ended up having me on 2yr probabtion would i be able to expunge my record?

It depends on how the charge was disposed of. You participated in pretrial intervention and the charge was dismissed at the end of your probation, you can file to expunge all records of the criminal charge six months after the dismissal. If the charge was reduced to a disorderly person offense and you pled guilty and were placed on probation, you can file to expunge the records five years after completing alol aspects of your sentence. If you plead guilty to a crime you must wait ten years after the completion of all aspects of your sentence.' You should call me.
