how long does he have to stay in prison
my husband has served 2 yrs in jail and just accepted a plea deal of 6 yrs for conspricacy to racketeering this is his first time being in trouble how much time before seing prorole and what is the max time on a 6 flat

2 years sounds about right for a 1st offense on a 6 flat. Shouldn't his attorney be answering this question?
