Re: marijuana

You could lose your DL for 6 months to 2 years, you will have a criminal record, jail time is possible if you already have a criminal record.

I strongly suggest you get an attorney or at least consult with one before you do anything.

My initial consultations are always free, so call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss your case.

Re: marijuana

You are going to be charged with possession and intent to deliver. You should talk to a private attorney right away, because you are likely looking at real jail time. Feel free to call our offices or e-mail me directly.

Re: marijuana

You appear to have been charged with two disorderly persons offenses involving the possessing marijuana. If the weight charged is less than 50 grams you are facing a disorderly person offense. If the weight charged is 50 grams or more you are charged with a criminal offense. If you are a first offender you are eligible for special treatment as same.

Call me if you like.

Re: marijuana

If you were growing marijuana there was probably enough contraband to be charged with possession with intent to sell. This can be a felony. You should hire counsel, be it a public defender if you can't afford private counsel, or a lawyer that specializes in criminal defense.
