Marijuana Possession in a Motor Vehicle
Hello-
What usually happens in cases where there is
possession of marijuana (.04) Grams and wrapping
papers? (1st time offender). There were 3 separate
charges--Simple possession, paraphanelia, and cds in
a motor vehicle. How likely is conditional discharge in
this instance?
Can the motor vehicle charge be dropped or plea
bargained?

Is this a municipal court or superior court matter? and where? Those questions have to be considered but generally, conditional discharge on a first offense is a possibility. Get a lawyer.
