what and how do I go about getting off megan's law . I am not a repeat offener. I took a plea cause of my ex husband raped my daughter and made me help. I had a PD. I got 1 year probation. I want to move to florida to be with my family and because I am on Meags law I cann't seem to get out of this state.

First, you need an attorney of course. Then you would have to over turn your plea. That's about the only option. I'd be more than happy to help you with this.
