Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

Miranda Warning.

Is there anything wrong with this version of the Miranda Warning or does it disregard the miranda completely? From what i can find out, this is not a very accurate version of Miranda. Can it be used as a miranda warning?

Re: Miranda Warning.

This is a legitimate wording for your Miranda warnings since it covers all of the points required in a clear and easy to understand manner. If you have a criminal charge against you, please contact me for further discussions about your rights and the potential penalties that you face. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.
