Re: misorderly conduct

I assume you mean "disorderly conduct", which is a violation of the New Jersey criminal code. Specifically it is known as a petty disorderly persons offense, and the maximum penalties are a $500.00 fine and various other monetary penalties as well as no more than thirty days in the County Jail. There are two types of disorderly conduct. One is "improper behavior", or fighting in public or creating a hazardous or physically dangerous condition. The other type of disorderly conduct is "offensive language", meaning yelling curse words or other "abusive" language in public.I am an attorney who has handled many cases of disorderly conduct in various courts in New Jersey in the past. I would like to discuss your case with you in more detail. Please call me at 908-272-0111 to talk about this. There is never any charge for simply talking to me about a case. Thank you.

Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-

Re: misorderly conduct

Disorderly conduct is an offense with a maximum sentence of no more than six months in jail. First offenders generally do not get a jail sentence, with the exception of disorderly conduct which includes violent conduct.
