Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
I missed the IDRC program and they are sending back to court for the first time it was for two 8 hour days is there a good chance i can reschedule

It is up to the Judge. He or she will probably be annoyed that you failed to complete the program and the IDRC may ask the Court to further suspend your license. The Court could also impose jail time based on your failure to do the required amount of hours. Hopefully you have a reasonable excuse and the Court will afford you a second chance to complete the program. It is up to the Court how it is handled, but they may give you another shot, good luck
