MJ possession/manufacture in NJ part 1

make it brief.... I live in the 2nd fl of a 2 fam house. appx 9 am I wake up look out the window & see a police car behind my roomates car. I get up and hear him talking to the lady downstairs, I hear him say the car had to get moved and if it was her car, she said no its the guy upstairs. I woke my roomate who went opened the door the cop told him he had to move the car for streetcleaning, my roomate told him he was going to get his keys and pulled the door closed. he went to the other side of the apartment where his room is, when he got to his room he turned and realized the officer opened the door and followed him through the house. The officer followed him out of his room to the kitchen where the officer grabbed him from behind, at that point 6 other plain clothed officers came into the house. They asked him if there was anyone else in the house, my roomate told them I was in my room, they opened my bedroom door, guns drawn told me to get on my stomache cuffed me and sat me in the kitchen. In my room I had in one bag appx 35 grams and about 100 bucks in my jeans pocket on the floor. In my roomates room he had 16 individual baggies containing appx 14 grams total a digital scale and about $27.
