Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
My mother's ex landlord has filed criminal charges against me saying that i vandalized her home in which i did not, nor had i been living there. I have no Idea how this woman got my name and address, and why she would be filing charges against myself and another sibling we have nothing to do with this complaint

You should hire an attorney and find out why you were charged.
Call me if you like
If you are innocent of the charge then you should fight this. You fight it by pleading Not Guilty in court and then taking the case to trial. You should probably hire a lawyer to help you do this since they are trained in trial techniques. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.
