use of movie camera to obtain evidence
is it legal to use a movie camera to record a neighbors illegal act? the neighbor yells bangs creates loud noises during the night. is the movie film legal evidence to present in court?

As long as your are not doing anything to invade their privacy or breaking any other law, I can't see how it would be illegal to tape something that you can see.
