Municpal Det. County Investigator
Can a County Prosecutors Office's Investigator, utilize a consent to search from a municipal police department if he is not an officer or detective or investigator from from the MPD which the form is usually used, as well as not the arresting officer?

You asked this question already. I'll repeat my answer. First, you need an attorney if you are going to make any progress in such a case. Second, the form is more procedural than anything. Third, even if you did have some law on your side, good luck getting a judge to do anything about it. A motion to suppress is one of the hardest motions to win, even if the law is on your side. Thats what an appeal is for.
