Five years after a convicition for a
disorderly person offense; ten years after a criminal conviction and immediately after the dismissal of the charge under first offender treatment.

To expand on what Mr. Moore said, there are some crimes that you can never get expunged. I suggest you see an attorney to get an idea of where you stand.
