Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

my neighbor filed a criminal tresspass and harrassment against me in newark municipal court. she claimed I parked my cars in her property. We do share the same driveway. she did call the police and the police came refuses to write a report because there was nothing to report

Certainly sounds like BS, but whether this is a cop or a private person that wrote you the ticket, you are still facing criminal charges and you should still fight it. Call me at 732/247/3340. I just got back from court in Newark.
