Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
my neighbor filed a harassment complain against me with newark Municipal court, for parking used cars in her property without her concent. and we do share the same driveway. We also have eveidence that her tenants always block the driveway. We have gone to court already abd Judge recommend mediation and a date has been fix. So please tell me how to go with this matter.

You should go to mediation with the purpose of resolving the matter in a way that you find acceptable. The judge may not see things your way.
If the effort at mediation fails you should hire an attorney. Call me if that happens.
