is the N.E.R.A law still in effect in the state of New Jersey, And what is the maximin time you can get with first degree aggravated assault with no weapons used just hand, and your a first time offender and it was a group fight.

You can get up to ten years in prison and be ineligible for release on parole for 85% of the sentnece.
