Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

Looking for NJ criminal statutes on bribery, extortion and racketeering statutes

What are the NJ criminal statutes analogous to the Federal statutes 18 U.S.C. section 201 (bribery), and 18 U.S.C. section 1951 and 1952 (bribery and extortion), and the conspiracy statutes for each of these? I am especially looking for the situation where the person being bribe, or the person doing the extorting, is a public official.

Also, is the New Jersey racketeering statute applicable in cases involving bribery of/extortion by a public official?

Thank you!

Try the following statutes: N.J.S.A. 2C:41-2, N.J.S.A. 2C:5-2 & N.J.S.A. 2C:27-2.

Whether or not the public official could be charged with racketeering depends on the specific facts at issue. It is certainly possible.
