Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
N.J.S. 2c-33-4a
In regards to the above charge, the Jersey City Police Department came to the scene and did not see a reason to arrest me and told me that I can leave to go to work. The Complaintent signed the complaint almost 8 months since the incident due to reprisal of a Legal Action against my former Landlord. This is the second time I've had a complaint signed against me and have been Unlawfully Prosecuted. Can I file a Complaint for Unlawful Prosecution against these parties.
