It is possible to avoid the driver's license suspension with a demonstration that it will cause

undue hardship. I can help you with this.

Call me if you like.

The law does require license suspension, however there are a variety of ways to try and avoid this. As to reciprocity, the judge in New Jersey can only suspend your New Jersey driving privileges, but whatever happens in court in New Jersey will be on record and accessible to the authorities in your home state. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various courts throughout New Jersey in the past. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-
