Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

N.J.S. 2c:14-4a

Is urinating at a concert while making a reasonable effort to conceal yourself where multiple other concert goers are urinating really a lewd and offensive act of exposing one's genitals? Is this an arrestable offense if the individual is not intoxicated? Does this offense warrant a search? Can a police officer prior to revealing themself initiate a ''goose neck'' or ''arm bar'' technique to someone not resisting arrest and never accused of resisting arrest?

The police should act with greater restraint, but urinating in public is unlawful. The police misconduct does not excuse the public urinination.

Also, there is no strength in number. Mass urination in public is unlawful. You need an attorney.
