Two to five years depending on whether the charge is reduced to a violation of a municipal ordinance.
Call me if you like.

If you are convicted of this charge, then you must wait five years before you can apply for an expungement. If you have not been convicted yet, please contact me to discuss ways to possibly defend you on this charge. I never bill for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

5 years from the dame of conviction or you could fight it and never get it on your record.
