Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

Obstruction of Justice

If video discovery is obtained via a attorney and the video shows there was no obstruction of justice. Can the Judge make a guilty ruling on the charge? Also can it be appealed thru another branch of the courts if it is a guilty charge? Also is there a location to obtain the correct procedures and when arrest are made by NJ State Troopers? Does the famed Blue Wall of Silence hold weight with judges in these matters?

Re: Obstruction of Justice

Reading between the lines, it seems like you screwed over in court. I suggest you get an aggressive attorney that will fight for you. You can appeal and you should. You should act very fast as you only have 20 days to appeal a municipal court judge.

My initial consultations are always free, so cal me at 732/247/3340 to discuss your case.

If there is video record of an incident it is evidence in the case. The value of the video depends all the facts and circumstances and what other evidence there is in the case.

Call me if you like.
