Re: First offense

I would say your biggest problem is the DWI charge as there are no real plea bargaining so if you were .10 or over, you are looking at 7 months of suspension. If you don't want that, you should get an attorney to fight for you. You'd be amazed what can be done if an attorney just fights it instead of selling out their clients.

My initial consultations are always free, so call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss your case. I have offices in New Brunswick and Toms River.

Re: First offense

You probably can get first offender treatment on the marijuana charge and have it dismissed after a brief period of supervision by the probation department. The dwi charge, as a first offender, has a 90 day or

seven month period of suspension of driving privileges, if found guilty.

Call me if you like.
