Second Offense Juvenile POSSESSION

I am a 16 y.o male that was once arrested for possession of marijauana 50 and drug paraphernalia. Recently i have been arrested for possession of vicodin and paraphernalia on school grounds. My first case was differed disposition, i am wondering if my first offense will come up during court, and what will be the likely outcome? Is there anything i can do to help my self?

If you deferred disposition is still pending your new charge could be a violation of that status and you could have that charge to deal with too. You can help yourself by not getting into anymore trouble.

Call me if you like.

Yes, your prior record will be known to the prosecutor and the court. I advise you , if you haven't already, to talk to your parents about this and hire a lawyer. Vicodin possession on school grounds is much more serious than possession of marijuana. You are a repeat offender and you are facing the real possibility of going to juvenile detention (jail for people under age 18). I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various courts throughout NJ in the past. Please have your parents contact me. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-
