Each case is unique so it is impossible to say what his sentence would be. However, if he voluntarily returns and is able to get bailed out, then he can resolve whatever problems he has in the correct manner. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various courts throughout New Jersey in the past. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-

When you voluntarily surrender with an attorney and demonstrate that in the three years you did good things, including working at a job you improve your prospects. When you have to be run down and arrested and are brought to court in handcuffs your prospects are not nearly as bright.

Call me if you like.
