Re: Outstanding VOP

With a VOP, you will not be waived up on the VOP. However, if the VOP resulted from new charges that are waiveable offenses, you may be waived up to adult. If you are waived up due to adult court, the court will be able to review your past juvenile record when the judge considers sentencing. At some point, you should be able to get your juvenile record expunged which means you can have your juvenile cleared.
