Outstanding Warrant

I have a outstanding warrant in West New York, NJ. Will hiring an attorney forgo me having to be processed, (arrested,) by having attorney reschedule another court date?

While these matters can usually be addressed in a telephone cal with a follow up letter of representation, more needs to be known about the charge and why there is an arrest warrant in the first place.

This can be best addressed by meeting with an attorney ASAP and not ignoring the warrant as you could be arrested and jailed if stopped by the police for another reason.
