There is something called post conviction relief which is available for those who have been convicted and claim that there was some denial of constititional rights in procedures leading to the conviction.

If you were convicted at trial then your first recourse would be to file an appeal within the proper time frame and hope to get your conviction overturned on appeal. If what you are saying is that you are out of time for doing an appeal then your only other recourse is to file a post conviction relief petition within five years of your conviction. The usual grounds for filing a post conviction relief petition are that you had very poor legal representation at trial and would have won the case if it had not been such bad representation.
