My pants were stolen from the hotel room last night. I had my wallet with 1000$, DL, SSN, credit and debit cards inside.

Did you report the lost to the police?
If you have not you should do so immediately.
Did you report the lost/stolen credit card?
I suggest you ask the hotel to do a security check of your room to determine who entered your room.
Based on the results, you may have a claim against the hotel.
