Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

Pardon?

Over 37 years ago I was convicted of fales pretense and fraud. Receved probation which I complted early. Their have been no reacurances. I have never been convicted of a violent or drug crime. I would like to know what I have to do to clean up my record?

You are probably eligible for an expungement of your record. This is a fairly complex process and requires a lot of paperwork. My office does expungements so I would like to discuss your case with you in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

generally, you may be eligible for an expungement, but you probably are not. i would need a lot more info to tell you my opinion. in regard to a pardon, you are definitely eligible for a pardon and that is probably your best route. email me and we can discuss it [email protected] good luck.

You need a NJ expungement. We can help you with this process. It takes 2 - 3 months to grant and the arrest and conviction records will be destroyed. Please contact us for further information.
