parental kidnapping, visitation interference

I live in NJ, My son lives in NC with the mother. My son was shipped to africa in 2007 to 2009 and abadoned there with his grand mother. can i sue in NJ

I would file charges in nj and nc and go to family court that determined visitation.

If there is an order in New Jersey which gave you visitation or custody rights prior to the child leaving the country, you can move to enforce your litigant's rights. You could also file a criminal complaint against the mother in New Jersey which would bring her back her, MAYBE. You should call me to discuss your situation.
