Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
Parole Violation
My fiance was released to parole 06/2008.
He maxed out for his original charge but
has 2 years left on MSV. He was in a car
accident which resulted in a DUI and
possession of cds. His PO contacted him
and returned him into Union County Jail. Is
there anything that can be done so he does
not have to spend the remaining 2 years in
prison?

Re: Parole Violation
Not knowing the facts of his case involving the car accident I am unable to answer your question. You need to hire an attorney to deal with his problems in order to find out what is possible.
Call me if you like.

Re: Parole Violation
Ultimately it is up to the judge to decide if your fiancee will go back to jail. If you have a good lawyer arguing in his defense, you may have a possibility of convincing the judge not to send him back to jail. I am an attorney who has handled many cases similar to yours in various courts throughout New Jersey in the past. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.
