Parole violation probable cause hearing rules
What is the exact rule for a probable cause hearing if it has been postponed twice on the parolee and there is a 14 day time limit and its been 21 days, postponed now because police officer claimed to be sick and couldn't make it and he was subpoenad and if a police officer states you were under the influence of alcohol with no test or back up can that be cause to be probable cause for revoking parole?
