You all have gave me sound advice so i am asking for your help now. My lawyer failed at representing me. This may take two postings to complete so please be patient. Short version...

12/31/04 cousins called numerous times and begged me to come to their hosue for new years eve party tstating i dont spend any time with the kids. Arrived at home, after midnight, family left and i slept over. Family was only there. I could not sleep on love seat cus i was too large, I slept on floor with younger cousins. Covered child during the night after other young relatives continued to harrass sleeping kids.

1/1-05 woke up made breakfast for everyone..kid in quesiton helped me cook breakfast and gave me a morning hug. Other cousins present. same day, took kids bowling, lunch and othe activities no problems.. dropped one younger cousin off at his home, other younger cousin was with me went to his home. Sat and played uno and had a conversation with other family. When leaving, child in question ran to me hugged me and begged me not to leave.

1.3.05 after midnight get knock on door, i am being accused of fondling over clothing. arrested.

Othe cousin accused me of haing illegal porn on computer. Miranda signed before arrest.
