Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

I need help part 2
they tell me ifi didnt give them computer, they would get a search warrant, break down door, take whatever they wanted and since my mom is in poor health it would kill her. i signed consent to seize computer. Home is not rented to me leased to my mom. They took my keys and entered the apt. without her permission.
1/24.05 Search warant issued to look in computer. 30 day expiration.
5/24/05 computer initially searched outside of warrant.
4/16/06 Indictments for assualt and posession and distribution. Approx 30 files. found which were deleted. 11 indictiments accusing me of having, distribution, attempted from 2001-2005. Computer purchases may 04 dates wrong.
May 06, motions filed Failure to read miranada (state v dispoto) over turned. Illegal search of parents home. expired search warrant. severence of charges out of county.
Numersous status hearings. Lawyer kept cancling motion hearings.
Feb. 07 motion hearing, state presents all evidence to judge, my laywer does not fight back says overwheling computer evidence. withdraws motions. plea 4 years.
Numerous errors in police reports, lies from family. I had ot plea guilty to something i didnt do.. Said ha to minimize risk. Soo many lies. No $$need help
