Assuming that something was taken in the various unauthorized account accessing, the penalty depends on the value of what was taken. If the amount of the theft is $500 to $74,999,99 maximum penalty is up to five years in prison. If the amount is $75,000 or higher, the penalty is up to ten years in prison, with the presumption that there will be some prison sentence imposed.
