Is a person eligible for PTI program if he is charged with Contempt of court (violating a TRO) and harassment 2C:33-4A

If the contempt is a felony, then yes. Of course, you could still be rejected for PTI but that's with every case. PTI is not a sure thing

violation of TRO is pretty serious. you may be jailed for quite a while.
get a lawyer on this before you get slammed.

violation of a TRO is not a criminal matter but violation of a FRO is. Retain an attorney such as myself before you proceed.
