If you say anything at all, it could be used against you. Even something as simple to admitting that you know someone or that you were in a certain place could be bad. Call an attorney ASAP and have him or her handle the situation for you. Call me at 732/773/2768 to discuss.
If a criminal complaint has been filed against you, your going in to surrender on same will save the detective the hassle of running you down and probably result in a low bail or no bail. For the
criminal complaint you will need a lawyer and it would be wise to hire an attorney to insure that
your surrender to the police goes smoothly.
Call me if you like.
You do not have to go talk to the police if a person filed a complaint against you. My advice is to let the police do their own job and investigate on their own. If you do decide that you want to talk to the police, then I would advise that you hire a lawyer to go with you. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.
